1. General background
Web 2.0 and 3.0 tools allow teachers to create their own digital content, share
it with their students, and create information and consultation banks for other
teachers or students. These banks are immediate emails with which you can
learn a language in an interactive and fun way, implementing ICTs in the
teaching of the English language in a dynamic way.
This research is important as it allows the use of tools, in this case, social
networks together with ICTs and turn them into study tools in a dynamic,
didactic and fun way in order for young people to connect and learn English.
2. Statement of problems
Currently, 5 out of 10 people in the world make use of the Internet and social
networks, therefore, it is important that universities and educational centers in
general apply them in the Pensum and are used in such a way that students can
benefit from them for their training, personal development and learning a new
language.
Our digital age offers 2.0 and 3.0 tools that allow teachers to prepare classes
and provide feedback for the development of student skills.
