Wheel of Life is a concept theory which was found and created by Paul J. Meyer in
1960. This tool helps you in visualize all the important areas of your life at once. By
looking at a visual representation of all the areas of your life at once, the wheel helps
you to better understand which of your life areas are flourishing and which ones
need the most work.

• Self Examine personal resilience; motivation levels

• Understand personal strengths and gaps in times of change
• Be aware and take measures to be pro-actively work on gaps

This wheel contains eight sections that, together, represent one way of describing a
whole life. You, as a self-coach, may have other labels or categories or may wish to
divide friends and family.

You may want to list down your life areas and (personal & professional) sections if
they vary from the figure below:

Wheel of Life – Self Assessment

Take the assessment to identify your current and should-be:

Directions: The eight sections in the Wheel of Life represent different aspects of your
life. Seeing the center of the wheel as 1 and the outer edges as 10, rank your level of
satisfaction with each life area by drawing a straight or curved line to create a new
outer edge. The new perimeter represents the wheel of your life. If this were a real
wheel, how bumpy would the ride be?

there is ongoing transmission?
Although it can last on surfaces
