Scope of Work:
a) Dismantle, removal and dispose offsite the Masonry Walls, Partition walls, including
doors, frames etc.,
b) Dismantle, removal and dispose offsite the existing floor
c) Dismantle removal and dispose offsite the existing Ceiling.
 d) Disconnect, isolate, and dismantle removal and disposal off electrical installation
systems, including CCTV system and telephone data system.
e) Removal & Making good the site as per sample office 3701.
f) Block Work for 3 separate partitions, without plaster and paint.
g) Install existing HVAC equipment's using old/ existing equipment’s ,
supports, accessories, mountings, acoustic insulation and electrical connection from
isolator to the unit, complete to match with the existing HVAC equipment's, all as
per sample office no 34701.
h) Ductwork repairing only by using existing duct and insulation.
i) Firefighting pipelines repairing only by using existing pipes and sprinklers.
j) Draining work; repairing only by using existing material.

Note:
 Minimum 8 Hours work will be allowed by the client to work on the site.
 Separate lift excess will be provided by the client.

Excluded Items: - Electricity, Generators, Boom Loader, Cranes, Government approvals,

scaffolding, water etc.

Payment Terms: - 25% Advance, 75% on Progressive basis.
