A PRELIMINARIES

The Lump Sum price entered by the Contractor against each item in this Bill shall be deemed to cover the
whole or appropriate part or parts of the Works and shall not be subjected to any adjustment. Where any item
is not priced or the space under "Amount" is left blank it shall be deemed that the said item has been included
in the rates and prices of other items in the Bills of Quantities (not limited to the following).
i. Provide mobilization to site with and including all labour, tools, equipment and incidentals necessary for all LS LS
works and demobilize after completion of the whole works.

ii. Provide temporary staging and working platform during entire course of rectification works. LS LS

iii. Provide all necessary protection works during entire course of rectification works. LS LS

iv. Provide all necessary safety measures as per Client's OSH requirement during entire course of rectification LS LS
works.

v. Removal and reinstatement of all obstructions, making good architectural finishes (including repainting) LS LS
existing C&S and M&E Services during entire course of rectification works.

vi. Provide insurances (Workmenship Compensation, Contractor All Risk, SOCSO and Third party Liability) LS LS

B CIVIL WORKS

To supply and install of Civil Works as per drawings and specification approved by consultant.
2 set (Gate A & F) of works as below :

i. Pad footing excavation steel works (12mm dia. & grade 25 concrete), H : 30mm ft3 2,200
ii. Ground beam steel works (12mm dia. & grade 25 concrete), H : 30mm ft3 2,200
iii. Ground floor slab & apron using BRC A10 with grade 25 concrete (10.49'x10.49') ft2 220
iv. Ceiling slab steel works (10mm dia. & grade 25 concrete) c/w water proofing (10.49'x10.49') ft2 220
v. Column stump steel works (12mm diameter & grade 25 concrete), H : 10' ft3 2,200
vi. Brickworks inclusive coping c/w plastering (10.49'x10.49'x10') ft3 2,200
vii. Aluminium sliding glass window (4.4'x3.9') ft2 18
vii. Custom door - concrete table top counter (c/w tiles and chair) (4.4'x3.9') ft2 18

C MECHANICAL WORKS

To supply and install of Mechanical Works as per drawings.

i. Wall Mounted system air conditioner 1Hp nos 2

(Details : Air-Cooled Split Unit air-conditioners c/w indoor and outdoor units, wiring, starter, remote controller,
bracktes, refrigerant, insulation, drain pipes, switchboard, vibration isolator, coring, hacking, punching of holes
in walls/floors, making good, painting, Galvanized Steel trunking and conduit.)
ii. 9kg ABC dry powder portable Fire Extinguisher nos 2

D ELECTRICAL WORKS

To supply and install of Electrical Works as per drawings and specification approved by consultant.

i. Incoming power supply to Guard House DB Set 2

ii. Distribution board (30Amp single phase) with accessories c/w Digital Power Meter nos 2
iii. LED Lighting c/w 1 gang lighting switch and associated equipment complete with wiring works nos 2
iv. 13Amp switch socket outlet complete with wiring works nos 6
v. LED Spot Light 50W c/w 1 gang lighting switch and associated equipment complete with wiring works

vi. 12 inches Wall Fan nos 2
