Refection: On finding your true north (Authentic Leadership)

Authentic leadership is genuine values that are unique with others. Authentic values
comes from Learning Life Story begins with understanding the story of your life. It
provides the context for your experiences, Self awareness and practicing your values.
There is evidence of the desire for authenticity all around us. With today pressure to
pursue style over substance, a leader is not about knowledge transfer but knowledge
exchange, you need to be who you are. Because no one successful trying to imitate
someone else values. Doing great things, empowering people, leading yourself, getting
feedback and testing your values under pressure, building support and leading integrated
life is one of the most authenticity core values that leaders posses.
