the concepts of multi skill and successfully cut down the production over head costs by
25%.

Working here as a senior Q.A (unit in charge), we deal in knits like 1x1 rib, P.K,
interlock, jersey, mercerized etc, also we deal on fleece & grindle fabrics. My job is to
check size set, inline, mid-line, photo sample, etc. according to the inline we put
comments on relate to the garment and then we follow according to the inline report. In
inline we always focus on what we require and our buyer require. We work on chain
system and I do regular communicate with 15-18 checkers at my down line. While
 inspection we follow AQL level (2.5 - 4).And I do final inspection which is more
essential for offer the inspection. My great achievement in SAB Export career I never
face any return shipment and nor any claim.

Presently working with BVCPS since 1 Feb 2007 .BVCPS is basically

a service provider 3rd party inspection agency. In Inspection field this organization is
doing Inspection for more than 80 client, from raw material to finish merchandise and
takes guarantee for all its finding in each and every shipment which client are asking us
for Working here as a Quality Inspector in Inspection and Audit department. Here I do
sample pick up, Inline, Midline, Final inspection as well as I do factory Audit part also. I
do the Inspection for Garment, Home furnishing, Accessories, Hard good.
We work with the buyer GYMBOREE, EMC, CARREFOUR, SIPLEC, LIDIL,
CASTRO, WILLAM SONAMA, GAP, TESCO, GUEST SUPPLY, DILLARDS,
GROUP PAO, AMERICAN EGLE, LOBLAWS, HBC,WHITE HOUSE BLACK
MARKET, PINK SODA,WEST POINT HOME, DEBENHEMS,
REVMAN,WALL- MART ETC.

Presently working with adventure India it’s a Japanese based buying house. I look after
all Jaipur operation here I do merchandising as well as quality auditor here I do direct
communicate with Buyer as well as Exporter regarding merchandiser and quality part. I
do handle 7 factories in Jaipur on continuous basis. For quality I look after from cut to
pack shipment.
