A. Summary of Book Contents

field, or for anyone whose job requires them to have a working knowledge of
legal words and terms. There are various exercises in this book that focus on
vocabulary keys that we might hope to understand and use on a daily basis.

This book provides additional information about specific vocabulary. For

example words with similar meanings, alternative words and expressions and
others that we don't find if we practice alone. When we are practicing working
on the problem there are several important points that must be considered:

1. Many of the words, phrases and accompanying notes are based primarily
on the English and Welsh legal systems. However, there are also many
common words that can be applied across the spectrum of international
law, and will be recognized in other places such as the United States and
Canada.
2. Not all vocabulary that is practiced in this book is law vocabulary, but it
is also used in a legal context
3. Many words and expressions have been presented here in specific
contexts. For example, words relating to criminal law procedures. It may
also strike into other areas of the law.

This book is very useful to use for someone who wants to work in the legal
field or is already working in the legal field. The entire content of this book is a
practice test to do questions that can test our vocabulary in the field of law.
