    Alun-Alun Kidul
    Alun-Alun Kidul, or in Indonesia it means Alun-Alun Selatan, is a field in the southern
    part of the Yogyakarta Kraton. Currently, Alun-Alun Selatan is a public space for the
    community. Various kinds of activities can be found in Alun-Alun Selatan. Late in the afternoon
    until the evening, Alun-Alun Selatan transforms into a recreation area that is certainly a pity to
    miss. Various food vendors can be found in Alun-Alun Selatan. At night the South Square area is
    also a cycling tour. Many bicycle rental owners rented a bicycle from tandem bicycles to
    rickshaws that have been modified in such a way with striking lights. Alun-Alun Selatan is also a
    sports area that is of great interest to the people of Yogyakarta. In the middle of the alun-alun,
    there are two old banyan trees, both of which are bordered by a strong fort fence. This banyan
    tree has become an interesting game object. Starting from the belief of the people of Yogyakarta
    about the person who made it through the two Banyan Trees by closing their eyes, it will be
    easier to achieve their dreams, so nowadays many tourists take the time to visit to try the game.
    The location of Alun-Alun Selatan is in the southern section of Yogyakarta Kraton makes it easy
    for tourists to visit. You only need to find the Yogyakarta Kraton and follow the road to the
    south and will immediately find the Alun-Alun Selatan.
