Dear Sir,

As advised on numerous occasions / meetings, both verbally and by Email, AFC are becoming
increasingly concerned regarding your current level of Delays in terms of Technical submittals and
approvals which are delaying following activities.

1. Finalization of Scope of Work

2. Shop Drawings Submittals
3. Technical Submittals
4. Materials Submittals
5. Delay in delivery of materials to Site

Please refer the Time line of your package works shows the delay in actions in terms of Technical submittals
and approvals. M/s Al Fahad Tiles & Mosaic Factory had sufficient time to submit all the drawings and technical
submittals to get approval from Consultant ahead of the contract programme based on the Pre-let issued
dated 22/09/2014.

Taking into consideration of above time line M/s Al Fahad Tiles & Mosaic Factory are already in delay of
47 days in line with Contract Programme.

Further failure in meeting the dates as agreed for technical submittals, approvals and Delivery of
material will affect the overall completion of Hotel 1 at City walk Project and also hindrances to other
trades which will also create delays to other subcontractors.

Please address this issue as a matter of urgency & serious and ensure to mitigate your current delay
and complete your works as per contract programme.
