Team Member:
Having met all the
previous requisites, I
would say I was
definitely a good
teammate.
The most valuable contribution I made as a team member was:

In my self-assessment and Psychological Contract, I identified the following strengths and areas I wanted
to work on:

Strengths:
experience, creativity, knowledge, a hard work ethic, and the ability to network and grow relationships.

Areas I wanted to improve in:

I don’t speak up right away, I tend to observe others and analyze what they are saying, and sometimes it
leads to not sharing as much knowledge as I could in those situations.

On this team, I did demonstrate what I had identified previously as strengths in the following ways (give
at least one example):
I demonstrated my strengths in numerous ways throughout the course. An example would be the
experience I was able to share weekly from my leadership journey and experience with virtual teams in
the past. I was able to give insight to other group members and share my practices. Additionally I was
able to help network with my group and build relationships quickly in the early stages of the class.

On this team, I did improve in the following areas (give at least one example):
Not speaking up right away or not sharing knowledge. I was able to not have this affect me negatively or
as an opportunity by being more open with team members and sharing my thoughts, and experiences to
help others. I also was good about speaking up and not waiting for things to come to me, being a leader
has helped me tremendously with balancing relationships as well as delegation and team work.
After this experience, I learned that I still need to work on the following skills and I plan to do that in the
following specific way(s):

I would say I need to continue working on all my skills, by building on my learnings and experiences at
work and fine tuning my skills in leadership and people, the sky is the limit. I will utilize my development
plans at work to continue focusing on areas of opportunity as well as improving strengths and other
skills.Team Member Evaluation Form based on their work on Team # __2__

opportunity to learn
from his experience.
The most valuable contribution of this team member was:

The knowledge and experience Moe had from so many years in the service and how high up in
ranks he is. Moe had concrete examples and ways of tackling each learning objective, but also
didn’t overpower anyone and did not feel rigid in his approach.

Identify at least one specific way in which this team member’s performance could have been
improved:

The only thing I could see for Moe to improve in was his surroundings in which he had meetings.
Although personally I did not mind the dogs in the background as I am a huge dog person.
However some others or future team members of his may find the dogs to be a distraction and take
away from the learning or productivity in the environment.

Other Comments:

Thanks Moe for everything, it was a pleasure and best of luck to you in your future school and
career, as well as warm wishes for you and your family.

The most valuable contribution of this team member was:

Technological contibutions, background knowledge, and all of the different points of view I would

was a challenge for him because of the top 3 percent IQ, he was able to come together as a team and
network while being someone easy to approach and willing to help others.

Identify at least one specific way in which this team member’s performance could have been

Only area I can think of is staying on track, I know during a couple of meetings we would get on
tangents. John has a lot of great ideas and it is easy to stray off engaging in conversation. Having all
thoughts jotted down and sticking to the points as much as possible and helping team stay on track
and focused.

Other Comments:

It was a pleasure working with you, I liked to see all your ideas come to life and the way you
approach problems and assignments. I enjoyed being able to pick your brain and getting insight
from someone different than myself as well as someone in my own company to hear thoughts and
concerns from. Thanks John and best of luck to you!
