during the team charter
and the team 10
evaluations.
Listened to and Anne and I had a
respected the ideas of difference of opinion
others about the native
American culture in AZ
but we both just gave our
point of views and
respected the differences
of them
Compromised and We began having
cooperated meetings wed and fri but
had to change if for David
and I made sure to adjust
my schedule
Came to meetings As the facilitator I made
prepared sure to read over all of
the information ahead of
time so that we could get
better regulating our time
Communicated I am not the best at
effectively with speaking in public so
teammates both verbally there were times I had a
and nonverbally hard time speaking
clearly to where they can
understand where I was
coming from and they
would ask my questions
so that they understood
which helped
Gave the teamwork a As the assessor I made
high priority and willing sure to take the feedback
accepted responsibilities we got from the team
that evaluated us and
apply that to the
assessment of the next
meeting
Saw what had to be done As the host I made sure
and did it without ever all of the meetings
prompting or pressure were posted when they
should be and reminded
the team if assignments
were missing.

The most valuable contribution I made as a I think already being in the leadership positions and having
team member was: the experience in team setting was very helpful for the
team. They asked me a lot of questions from a retail
positions when building and maintain effective teams

In my self-assessment and Psychological Contract, I identified the following strengths and areas I wanted to
work on:
Strengths: Holding people accountable helping other succeed
Areas I want to improve in: Speaking up
On this team, I demonstrated what I had I was able to hold my team accountable. We got close to the
identified previously as strengths in the time limit and we rushed off the meeting without finishing
following ways (give at least one example): the whole agenda. They listened to my feedback and began
to be more aware of the time we spent on topics so that we
were more successful in competing the full agenda

On this team, I did improve in the following Speaking up. It was actually my team members that did a
areas (give at least one example): great job holding me accountable to this and making sure I
was in a safe space to speak my peace.

After this experience, I learned that I still need I still need to work on being more vulnerable. I need to
to work on the following skills, and I plan to do begin to share little things about me that could potentially
that in the following specific way(s): cause a little friction but has a bigger possibility of creating
amazing relationships.

Contributed good ideas Anne Gave great ideas on
our group ideas. She
would help structure the
format and the wording
during out team charter
and the interview
questions.
Listened to and She did a great job
respected the ideas of listening. She asked Alex
others great questions about his
problem he needed to
solve that made him think
differently
Compromised and Anne has a busy schedule
cooperated but never complained
about moving the
schedule around if need
be. She was always
present physically and
emotionally during the
meetings.
Came to meetings Anne came to every
prepared meeting and on time. She
had answers to every
prompt and had some
good follow questions as
well.
Communicated Anne asked great
effectively with questions so that
teammates both verbally everything was clear to
and nonverbally her. She made great eye
contact
Gave the teamwork a Anne was a great
high priority and willing facilitator. She had all of
accepted responsibilities us involved by keeping us
all engaged
Saw what had to be done During the team 10
and did it without evaluation, Anne took the
prompting or pressure lead on that and made a
great chart for us to go
off so that they
everything was clear.
Did their share of the Anne contributed great

The most valuable contribution of this team Anne was a great listener. Her best role was of the
member was: challenger. She got us all to think about our answers to the
prompts. She even got some of us second guessing our
answers. She gave her honest opinion and feedback.

team member’s performance could have been Though Anne would ask great questions, sometimes we did
improved: not have the time to ask them and the relevance of them to
the prompt would barely be there.

of the session that he
shared with the team but
was always present
during the meetings and
cooperated even with
distractions
Came to meetings David always came to the

it was at the last hour. He
had an answer to every
discussion prompt given
and even asked us some
great questions about our
opinions.
Communicated David was clear in his

work was complete and
he was able to fully
commit to the role he
played for that week. He
did a great job as the
facilitator as he took the
things he saw from
previous facilitators and
applied that while he was
in role
Saw what had to be done David did a great job with
and did it without taking the initiative. He
prompting or pressure did this for the team
evaluation along with
Anne. He came up with
his own way, which was a
good foundation, of
evaluating team 10

The most valuable contribution of this team David introduced us to Leticia who all of us learned so much
member was: from. This was valuable to me because I was able to ask her
questions I wouldn’t normally feel comfortable asking
someone within my profession because there aren’t as
many women of color in that position.

Identify at least one specific way in which this David would often interrupt some of the team members. I
team member’s performance could have been don’t think this was done intentionally as he said he was
improved: deaf in one of his ears. But there were times when him and
another member would talk, I don’t know if he couldn’t
hear the other member talking or not, but he would just
keep talking as if he was the only one so the other member
would just stop
