I always tried my best to listen to what everyone had to say. I think at times I struggled
Working with Others 3 when I felt that I could do other work that others were doing. Not that they were not doing
it well, I just wanted to try to be more in control over all aspects of the work.
I always finished the work that was assigned to me. Being in charge of the budget I was
4 always proactive in ensuring that I always kept the budget up to day to ensure that I was

always able to provide any group member with an accurate snapshot of how we were
doing.
I spent a lot of time working on the budget and researching what comparable
Quality of Work 4 expenditures would be for other similar events.

I was always prepared to present any work that I completed in between our meetings. I
Preparedness 3 also always read what other people were working on so I could stay up to date with any
new developments that we had.
I was generally always positive. There were some ideas that I did not like that I got
Attitude 3 outvoted on. I may have been negative about it at first, but I always did my best to move
past it positively.
I think I provided a strong contribution in most of the different aspects of the event. I
Contributions 4 always tried to help in any area that I could if it was possible.

I for the most part used my time to the best of my ability. I could have managed my time
Time Management 3 a bit better in terms of selling tickets.

I think 24 out of 28 is fair for the contributions I had with this event. I think I took a good
TOTAL /28 24 lead throughout the event and always tried to help wherever I could.

Part 2: Specific feedback on your performance. Answer each question.

1. What are the top 3 personal contributions you made to the group/event?

- I had a big contribution in what the idea of the event was. I had attended a spin charity event in the past and saw how successful
it could be.
- I crafted and maintained the budget for the entire event.
- I had a good hand it setting up the event and cleaning up on event day.

2. In hindsight, what could you have done better to contribute to your group and the event outcome?

- I wish I could have contributed more with the sponsorship side of the event. We struggled to pull together cash donations from
large sponsors. I tried to contact a few company’s but none pulled through. I wish some of my contacts could have helped our
cause more.

3. What’s the most important thing you learned about cooperation and teamwork during this project?

The most important thing I learned about cooperation and teamwork was that every person in a group has different motivations and
priorities. I learned a lot about making sure you had the right people with the right motivations working on the right parts of the event.
Having someone who cares a lot about social media is a good person to put in the social media marketing role. If you put the right
people in the right places then you are likely to have better success overall in the event.
