SUGGESTED MONTHLY CYCLE OF ACTIVITIES

ACTIVITY REMARKS
1st Week CFC Prayer Assembly o SFC Chapter Prayer Assemblies
should be with CFC. No need for
SFC Chapters to conduct their
own separate assembly. This is to
strengthen unity with CFC.
o In the event that CFC Chapter
Heads will require a joint prayer
assembly with SFC every quarter
only, then SFC Chapters may
conduct their own prayer
assembly for months where there
are no prayer assemblies with
CFC.
2nd Week Household Prayer Meeting o Service meetings should be
conducted separately but
announcements can be made
after the prayer meeting.
o Ensure that prayer meetings are
conducted inside homes of SFC or
CFC. This is to achieve the full
experience of household prayer
meetings where there is worship,
singing of songs, and practice of
charismatic gifts.
3rd Week SFC Chapter Teaching o This is separate from CFC. Every
SFC chapter should conduct their
own teaching every month
o Sharing can be incorporated after
the teaching
o SFC Chapter Heads should be
leading the teaching night. No
need to assign emcees. In the
event that the SFC Chapter Head
is not available, the SFC Chapter
Coordinator (husband) should
lead the activity

4 Week Household Prayer Meeting
5th Week Fellowship/ Formation Weekend Retreat o If there are months with 5th week,
this can be used for fellowship
o For the months of June and
October, if there are 5th weeks,
these can also be used for
Formation Weekend Retreats
Note: The above is a suggested monthly cycle of activities. Discernment is still given to the SFC
leaders as to how best they can carry out the life and mission of the ministry in their area/s.
Service meetings and other additional meetings are not included in the list above.
