Part 1: How well do you feel you manage your time (work, school, social)? What are some strategies you
use to effectively manage your time? What strategies could you use to better manage your time?

- I feel as if I manage my time pretty well. I only have two classes, so it is easier for me to get
more work done. Socially, I have time to interact with people and I do not have to work around
any schedules. Some strategies I use is mainly using a planner. Planners help me feel organized
and I look in my planner all the time so it’s easier for me to plan things. Some other strategies
that could work for me would be putting my plans in my phone since I am on it all the time.

Part 2: Explain one time you managed your time well and one time you managed your time ineffectively.
What did you learn from each of those situations?

- A time I managed my time well was on a day I had work and practice on the same day. I went to
work earlier so I could obtain all of my hours and that way I could get off early enough to go to
practice. A time I didn’t do so well managing my time was a couple days ago. I had a class at the
same time I had work, so I had to go into work late which caused me to lose some hours. I
learned from both of these situations that it is important to manage my time, so I have to
schedule everything.

Part 3: How do you spend your time at work (give examples of tasks and the amount of time you spend
on them)? How have do you manage your time at work in order to complete your duties and
responsibilities?

- At work, I mainly file scans which can take me from an hour, to all day. It depends on
how many documents have been scanned. I also help my employer with patients, just
observing what she does and that takes about 30 minutes for each patient. Since I have
such simple tasks, it isn’t difficult to manage my time. I get as much time as I need to do
my office work and as much time as I need for patient care.
