WHEREAS, the Cabanatuan City Council administered an election for a new set of

ACCOUNT, deposit, withdraw, renew, roll over, endorse or negotiate checks and
otherwise deal with bank deposits and all activities with the same offered by the
Development Bank of Philippines.
FURTHERMORE, the Office of the Regional Scout Director and the National Office are
to be furnished of this Resolution.
