Entry Description / Remarks

PROJECT : JAWA-1 COMBINED CYCLE GAS TURBINE POWER PLANT (1760MW)
A. Report of Blasting & amp; Painting Inspection Report B. DFT check C. Double
check the revision on ISO skid drawings D. Final inspection for continuity test of
ON/OFF valve
Note : Please include attachment whenever necessary
MONDAY (10/8/2020) i. Check the dimensions for the 7 different drawings and
compare the dimensions that were key-in in the Microsoft Excel. ii. Insert the images in
the each Blasting & amp; Painting Inspection report for the green, blue and purple
pipe. iii. Went to manufacturing factory for Dft check for the loose pipe and the
structural skid. TUESDAY (11/8/2020) i. Continuing doing the report of Blasting & amp;
Painting Inspection report by inserting the process for the final images of final
inspection for green, blue and purple pipe. ii. Continuing double check whether the
dimensions is same as in report and has the tolerance must not +/- 3 in the drawings
of Mixed Bed Exchanger 11 01, Mixed Bed Exchanger 11 02, Mixed Bed Exchanger 21
01 and Mixed Bed Exchanger 21 02. WEDNESDAY (12/8/2020) i. Continuing the
Blasting & Painting Inspection report by inserting the images for the primer coating and
the final coating for all the three pipe which is green, blue and purple. ii. Insert the
date, time, weather, temperature for dry and wet bulb, percent of RH, temperature of
dew and temperature for steel. THURSDAY (13/8/2020) i. Double check the joints
number of the Radiographic Inspection Report is the same as in fabrication report data
in the Microsoft Excel. ii. Double check the Revision for Area 21, Area 11 and Area
Neut for all type of materials which is Stainless steel(316) , stainless steel(304), carbon
steel carbonized, carbon steel and chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC). FRIDAY
(14/8/2020) i. Went with Mr Akif (QC Inspector) to manufacturing factory to attend final
inspection for electrical check which is Continuity test for the Mixed Bed Exchanger 21
01 and 21 02. Continuity test ON/OFF valve is to test whether the open/closed
indicator of the valve is function as it should be. ii. Went with Mr Akif(QC Inspector) to
manufacturing factory to run the Continuity test with the maintenance whether the
Open/Closed switch indicator is function for the Mixed Bed Exchanger 11 01 and
Mixed Bed Exchanger 11 02 for the final inspection.
