PROJECT : JAWA-1 COMBINED CYCLE GAS TURBINE POWER PLANT (1760MW) MONDAY (7/9/2020) i. Isolating all the images for loose spools pipe into its folder
i. Isolating all the images for loose spools pipe ii. EFU list of loose spools pipe iii. which is 1A,1B,1C,1D,1E,1F,1G and 1 H for TFW Package. There are 7 total of crates
Packing photos report for all the spools pipe. 1A represents crate for JAWA1-TFW-020 (Area 21 CPVC,Area
21 CSG) 1B represents crate for JAWA1-TFW-021 (Area 21 CS) 1C represents crate
for JAWA1-TFW-022 (Area Regen 11 CPVC) 1D represents crate for JAWA1-TFW-023
(Area 11 CPVC) 1E represents crate for JAWA1-TFW-024 (Area 11 CS) 1F represents
crate for JAWA1-TFW-025 (Area 21 SS304,Area 21 SS316) 1G represents crate for
JAWA1-TFW-026 (Area 11 SS304,Area 11 SS316) 1H represents crate for JAWA1-
TFW-027 (Area Regen 11 SS304, Area Regen 11 SS316) *CPVC-Chlorinated
polyvinyl chloride , CS-Carbon Steel, SS304/316- Stainless steel. ii. Updating EFU list
for pipe spools (loose) in Microsoft Excel and identify which missing spools pipe
images. Highlight the missing spools tagging number. TUESDAY (8/9/2020) i. Went
with Mr Akif (QC Inspector) to manufacturing factory to find which spools pipe that
were identified its missing images for all Area 21 and Area 11 . Took the images of the
spools. ii. Went to manufacturing factory and identifying missing spools for Area Regen
11. WEDNESDAY (9/9/2020) i. Went with MR Akif (QC Inspector) and continuing
identify all the missing spools pipe for Area Regen 11. THURSDAY (10/9/2020) i.
Updating the EFU list for loose spools pipe for all the spools pipe. ii. Prepare a Packing
Photos Report for the Mixed Bed Exchanger 11 01, Mixed Bed Exchanger 11 02,Mixed
Bed Exchanger 21 01,Mixed Bed Exchanger 21 02, Conesep, Acid Chemical skid and
Caustic chemical skid. FRIDAY (11/9/2020) i. Continuing Packing Photos Report
