DAILY and ANOMALIES OBSERVED OFFSITE 05 Dec 2021:

Daily inspection of the OP, WSW and GC, FGS wells checking the level day tanks, dose rate, pumps
situation, dumpers, PSVs …The description below shown global anomalies concerning the skids.

 Inspection of chemical injection pumps at the Op wells EMN-18.

 Inspection of chemical injection pumps at the WSW wells EMK-101.

 Description

 EMK-101
1. Found both pumps not injecting due to injection line plugged. (Corrosion
Inhibitor). First priority
2. Found both pumps not injecting due to injection line plugged and there is leak in
the both box/ PSV (Oxy-scav). First priority
3. Found the B pump on but normally it will be turned off as there is no batch of
biocide. and I made an action to turn it off. (Biocide).
4. Found leak from the box pump B and PSV (Biocide).
5. Found the sand in the skid (need cleaning).

 EMN-18
1. found an operation by the NESR team at the well

 Today's anomalies reported:

 Both pumps not injecting due to injection line plugged. (Corrosion Inhibitor).
 Both pumps not injecting due to injection line plugged and there is leak in the both box/
PSV (Oxy-scav).
 Leak from the box pump B and PSV (Biocide).
 The sand in the skid (need cleaning).

 Check anomalies repaired by ENSP IN THE WELL EMK-101 WSW:

Concerning WR in the well EMK-101 WSW After inspection today we found the same anomalies
both pumps not injecting due to injection line plugged. (Corrosion Inhibitor).
