Entry Description / Remarks

PROJECT : JAWA-1 COMBINED CYCLE GAS TURBINE POWER PLANT (1760MW) MONDAY (17/8/2020) i. Went with Mr. Akif(QC Inspector) to manufacturing factory
i. Final inspection - Continuity test for ON/OFF valve ii. Bolt tightening report iii. Final together with Mr. Husin (An Inspector from Bureau Veritas)to run final inspection for
inspection - Tubing leak test iv. Line check v. Final inspection - Tie-in point vi.
Note : Please include attachment whenever necessary
Continuity test for ON/OFF valve for the Conesep skid. ii. Identify which pipe consists
of flanges for Bolt Tightening and mark it with red pen for all the ISO drawings of Acid
Injection, Caustic Injection and Conesep. iii. Inserts the sheet number of drawings,
flanges materials, flanges size(in inch), number of flanges bolt and its theoretical
torque(Ft.Lbs) into Microsoft Excel for Bolt Tightening report based on ISO drawings
for Acid Injection, Caustic Injection and Conesep. iv. Went to tubing leak test.
TUESDAY (18/8/2020) i. Went with Mr. Akif (QC Inspector) to manufacturing factory
and assist him for the line check for all the skid which is Acid Injection, Caustic
Injection, Conesep, Mixed Bed Exchanger 11 01, Mixed Bed Exchanger 11 02, Mixed
Bed Exchanger 21 01 and Mixed Bed 21 02. ii. Noted on the drawings the missing
label of instruments in the skid. iii. Insert the Continuity test ON/OFF valve result of
Conesep into Microsoft Excel for reports. WEDNESDAY (19/8/2020) i. Went with Mr.
Akif (QC Inspector) to manufacturing factory to assist him for final inspection for tie-in
point check together with Mr. Husin (An Inspector from Bureau Veritas) for Acid
Injection, Caustic Injection, Conesep, Mixed Bed Exchanger 11 01 , Mixed Bed
Exchanger 11 02, Mixed Bed Exchanger 21 and Mixed Bed Exchanger 21 02.
THURSDAY (20/8/2020) i. Continuing determine the every flanges on the skid and
mark it with red pen for all the ISO skid drawings of Acid Injection, Caustic Injection
and Conesep. ii. Went with Mr Akif (QC Inspector) to put on the missing label on
instruments and valve for all the 7 skids which is Acid Injection, Caustic Injection,
Conesep, Mixed Bed Exchanger 11 01 , Mixed Bed Exchanger 11 02, Mixed Bed
Exchanger 21 01 and Mixed Bed Exchanger 21 02. FRIDAY (21/8/2020) i. Inserts the
sheet number of drawings, flanges materials, flanges size(in inch), number of flanges
bolt and its theoretical torque (in Ft. Lbs) into Microsoft Excel for Bolt Tightening report
for Mixed Bed Exchanger 11 01 , Mixed Bed Exchanger 11 02, Mixed Bed Exchanger
21 and Mixed Bed Exchanger 21 02. ii. Assist Mr Akif (QC Inspector) to key-in MDR
Index into Microsoft Excel and arrange the file.
