Woman are smarter than man. Some people think that woman are smart and man are
strong. Girls should be proper but that is now how it should be woman are strong and smart.
So, do not tell someone that ladies do not do this if they do not want to act. That why they do
not have to if they do not want to.

Yes, woman are better leaders because of so many reasons. They are more responsible,
respectful, generous, and so much more. There are many things a woman can do that a man
cannot. Either that or there are just some women out there that want to speak up but they
won’t because they are afraid that no one will listen to them.

Woman are better leaders than man. If you see back many leader are men but real story
behind is that without women, men would have never been leader. Now, in world
everywhere, you can see how people are facing problems. And this is why now woman are
most needed to take lead.

Woman value work-life balance. Woman are great leaders because we are able to balance
professional and personal leadership skills. It is easier to approach a woman leader with a
personal request or a sensitive question. I also find women more proactive in becoming
mentors and their work-life balance.

Woman are multitasking in nature. Because, they will make a better leader than men.
Look at a woman when is at home, taking care of the children, cooking, answering phone
call, attending to the children homework and so on. It always tasking and the woman is the
only one being on earth that works and never retire.

Finally, woman are more effective leaders. Primarily due to their initiative and greater
drive, but also because they are good at self-development and helping develop their
employees. They are better at communicating and forming relationships, among other skills.

To conclude, it all depends on the skill level. I think in some businesses women can be a
better leader than a man. For example, a woman’s clothing line, because she obviously will
know the product better than the average man. However, in general, I feel it really comes to
down to the amount of leadership skills one possess.
