New Website Announcement


Green Bay, WI -- A new website meant to help consumers make choices when it comes to
making a new computer purchase and finding constructive help for their issues officially released
from Collaborate Technologies INC.

Consumers from across the country are looking for new computers and technology to use while
the current Coronavirus pandemic continues to prevail here in the United States. “We wanted to
develop a brand new website that helps all consumers, this new site does that,” company CEO
Jane Doe stated today. “The customer support section of this website really excels at helping all
consumers out with their technical or even software issues with products all across the industry.
Consumers can look up their issues with our products and general issues on our website with
ease in order to get a couple potential solutions for their problems.”

This project has taken over the course over the last 6 months in order to beta test every website
iteration with consumers to get to the best possible iteration of this project. By going over the
major other industry leaders websites with consumers, we were able to pick out the best features
from each site in order to start the process. This process was made to have the consumer in mind
and take their best interests into effect when making each section of this website.

This process all took part because of the lack of consumer traffic to the previous website and the
amount of people rating the previous system extremely low. The main aspects that were focused
upon when developing the new website were maneuverability, general design, and customer
support. “The customer support feature of this new website was one of the most focused on
features. We wanted a portal where you can find problems with our products, but with products
all around the industry. A lot of issues that people have can be seen across product lines, and we
wanted a support service that reflected that,” Jane Doe, Collaborate Technologies INC CEO
stated. “We want our site to be the one stop shop for consumers trying to solve their computer
issues.” This is the first website that across the board shows issues that affects those who use all
brands and the ever growing list of possible issues continues to grow so that consumers all over
can use it to fix their issues.
