RICH DAD FACT:

The rich invest their money and spend what is left.

The poor spend their money and invest what is left.

Sounds easy until I add this piece…

The rich invest their money even before they pay their bills.

That takes strength because no one yells louder and more fiercely than a bill
collector.

Invest first,

Your life is a reflection of your thoughts.

We all know that thoughts are creative.

If you want to control your thoughts… simply control what you say.

Don’t say what you don’t want to think.

Positive thoughts bring about positive results.

Don’t say you can’t... because you can.

My poor dad would always say, “I can’t afford it!”
My rich dad, on the other hand, forbade me from saying, “I can’t afford it!” and
challenged me to ask instead, “How can I afford it?”

The word “can’t” closes your mind, while the phrase “How can I?” opens your mind.

If you want to master this simple concept, keep an empty jar in your home and every
time you hear yourself say, “I can’t afford it,” put a dollar in the jar.

You’ll either change your words and thus your thoughts, or… you’ll have found a
new way to save money.

To creating your opportunity,
Robert

P.S. - Once a year, Kim and I hold an event where we invite special guests to join us
to share their predictions for the coming year.  The 8th annual event is in two days
and you’ll definitely want to make plans to join us for this (more on that in a minute).

One of the most common questions people ask me is, where do I get my
information?

People want to know which experts I trust and who do I listen to. Of course, recently
I’m being asked more specific time-sensitive questions:
·      who do I think will be the next President, and what will that mean for investors?
·      What is going to happen in the markets?
·      I’ve even been asked where I’m investing my time and money in 2020.

I actually like when people ask these types of questions, it shows they are making
an effort and starting to think about the year ahead. It shows they are seeking
knowledge.

Becoming rich isn’t as much about luck or special circumstances as it is
about knowledge and increasing your financial education.

The rich understand how to make the most out of whichever asset class they invest
in through wise use of their money and time. Then they also understand how to
protect their assets, and using the tax code to supercharge their investing and
entrepreneurial pursuits. When they lack the knowledge they need, they surround
themselves with people who are smarter than they are and teach them what they
need to know. I do the exact same thing.

Okay, back to the event I mentioned. The global premiere of the Rich Dad Crystal
Ball LIVESTREAM event is Thursday. This is a chance for you to hear my
thoughts on the year ahead and even answer some of the specific questions I
mentioned above about what I’m going to be doing with my time and money in 2020.
But even more important, my wife, Kim and I will be joined by some of the smartest
people I know – these people are some heavy hitters. Not only am I excited for you
to learn from them, I’m personally looking forward to getting their personal
predictions for the year ahead. This is the biggest online event I do of the year, so
you don’t want to miss it.Get your free access to the global premiere now.

PM (4 days ago)
to me

Hi Christopher,

I want to introduce you to someone.

Meet Henry Ford. The man that created your life…

What do I mean by that?

Well, although most people know him for being the
founder of Ford Motor Company...

He was also one of the very first to standardize the 9
to 5 workday.

And because millions of companies still follow this
same model - he essentially created life as most
people know it. Pretty influential right?

Now. Because it’s been almost 100 years since Henry
Ford made the 9 to 5 mainstream…

Many say that the model is out of date. And even go
as far as saying that working a 9 - 5 can be an
absolute nightmare.

But is it true?

Well, today I’m going to share with you three reasons
some people struggle working in a 9 - 5 job. And also if
there’s something you can do instead…

So read on and see if you can relate.

#1 Your Internal Body Clock

Most people I know are either night people, or morning
people - but not both.

Which one are you?

Well, if you’re an “early bird”, you probably get more
things done in the early hours of the morning (like 6 or
7 am) - but by the afternoon, you need to rest a little,
recover and recharge.

And if you’re a “night owl”, you’ll probably want to
press snooze as many times as possible - but then
when evening comes around you suddenly become
very creative and you can work all through the night..

Now, there’s nothing wrong with being either of these.
But here’s the problem.

At a 9 - 5, you have to work around the company’s
schedule - not yours.

So even if you’re better in the morning, you can’t just
arrive at 6AM and leave at 2PM.

And even if you’re better in the evening, you can’t just
arrive at work at 2PM and then clock out at 9PM.

It just doesn’t work.

#2 Your Goals

The cost of living 100 years ago is very different to that
of today.

Wouldn’t you agree?

While all you needed back then was one job...

For most people, one job isn’t enough. Sometimes two
isn’t enough!

So even if you want to live modestly, usually you can’t
on 9 - 5 paychecks.

And that’s the problem. Because we as human beings
always have goals.

We are always aiming for better.

So I want you to think about your goals for a moment.

Do you want to live in a nice neighbourhood in a nice
comfortable home?

Do you want to travel around the world?

Do you want to own all the latest gadgets without
having to feel guilty for spending some money on
yourself?

Chances are, if you have any of these goals or other
worthwhile goals, a 9 to 5 is not the vehicle that’s
going to get you there.

Maybe 100 years ago it would be. But not today.

#3 Your Personality

We’re all different, and some people just won’t get
along.

And when you have a 9 to 5, this is a problem.

Because you can’t really choose who you work with.

Often, you just have to talk to that toxic coworker.

And oftentimes, you just have to work with a group that
you don’t gel with...

In fact, I remember having a major clash with my boss
when I used to work at the grocery store.

He was such a jerk to me. And after one big fight, I
decided just couldn’t go through that anymore. And I
quit 9 -5 jobs forever.

Anyway. After looking at these three reasons, here’s a
question for you...

Have You Also Grown Out of The 9 to 5 Model?

Of course everyone is at a different point in their life...

But if your answer was yes, and if you want to keep
growing without a regular 9 to 5 job…

You’ll need something else to get to your destination.

Now if you’ve been following my work for a while, you’ll
know I have multiple free trainings that help people get
started on their first High-Income Skill.

And who knows. Maybe this is what you’ve been
looking for:

Here is one of the most popular trainings I have
available this week.

AM (1 day ago)

to me

Hi Christopher,

I want to tell you about a man named Andy from
London, UK.

Everyday, Andy would force his eyes open, sleep-
deprived and mentally drained.

He would lug himself out of bed, drag himself to his
car, and fight his way to the financial district in
London...

When he arrived at his office, he slumped into his chair
and looked at the clock near his desk.

5:55 AM

And that’s how Andy’s day would begin, everyday - for
more than 9 years.

— “I’d get off work at around 6pm, but very often I
would stay there much later...”

And for many people (maybe even you) this is just
normal.

And most people would tell you to just accept it.

That, “this is how life is.”

But not Andy.

He wanted a way out.

— “So when I came across this one opportunity with a
hedge fund, although I didn’t feel it was a good idea, I
decided to try it anyway because of the potential
income.”

And his gut was right.

Because it wasn’t a good idea at all...

It was bad...really bad...

Instead of getting out, he sunk even deeper into the
sinking sand.

And his life outside of work was now zero.

Andy was working 18 hours a day...

He was either awake working, or tossing and turning…

...thinking about how this “risk-reward thing” was taking
a toll on his health, was stealing time away from being
with his children, and wasn’t getting him where he
wanted to be.

Life was just a treadmill in a hamster cage.

Then one day, on the doorstep of a proper meltdown,
he decided he had had enough.

And for the first time in 15 months. He stepped off the
treadmill.

He went up to his boss and said.

“Look, I need a week off.”

But the response was just as he expected...

“Can’t do Andy, I need you too much.”

And that’s when he decided it was too much.

And he quit entirely.

This is...

The Harsh Reality of Working A High-Income Job

So many people think that when you earn more than
$75K+ a year your life gets better, and it’s all a walk in
the park...

But in Andy’s case, it couldn’t have been farther from
the truth.

Although his job made him more income for his wife
and kids, he had zero time to actually be with them.

He had to watch his computer screen - instead of
watch his kids grow up...

And this is not just Andy...

I’ve heard hundreds of similar horror stories from my
other mentees.

All they want is to live a decent and comfortable life.
But instead, they are chained to their desks. And they
have to work day in and day out with nothing to show
for it years later.

So what’s the solution?

Well...

You Can’t Trade Your Time For Dollars Alone

You see, at a job. You’re trading your time for dollars.

Even though you make decent money. You don’t have
any time left over to do anything else.

And the second you’re not counting time, clocking
hours - you’re not getting paid.

And that’s no good.

I tell my mentees all the time:

Don’t trade your time for dollars — trade
your skills, expertise, and knowledge for dollars.

You see, when you’re getting paid for value created -
not for time spent in the office - you get to control how
much you work.

You can plan work around your life, not the other way
around…

So what happened to Andy?

Well, now that he has learned an in-demand skill, and
gets paid for value created, his life is very different.

— “I finally rediscovered my true identity in my new-
found skill. And for the first time in my working career,
I was able to plan work around my life, rather than life
around work - without sacrificing my financial goals.”

Get the skill training Andy got here...

Not being paid what you’re worth? Here’s what to do

Inbox x

Dan Lok Sun, Nov 24,

10:46 PM

to me

Hi Christopher ,

You know what sucks about being at a job?

When you’re at a job, you’re never paid what you’re
worth.

Instead, you’re paid EXACTLY what it costs to
replace you.

So no matter how hard you work… no matter how
much value you offer…

It doesn’t fcking matter.

You could be fired at any moment if your boss decides
to.

“Job-security” doesn’t exist. Not in this day and age.

Yeah - you might get a raise or a bonus here and
there.

But is your raise or your bonus anywhere near what
you deserve?...

Is it even enough to cover inflation or any of your
bigger living expenses?

Chances are it doesn’t.

So pull your head of the sand and look at the truth.

The truth is when you’re at a job, you’re NEVER paid
what you’re worth and you’re ALWAYS replaceable.

100% of the time.

So the question for you is this.

Is it worth it for you to stay at a job?

Is it worth it for you to trade 40 hours a week for 40
years of your life... making someone else rich?

The answer really is… it depends right?

If you love your job. You’ve got a good boss.

And you feel really fulfilled doing what you do, then
you’re doing great.

Stay there.

But if you’re like most people, your job isn’t worth it.

Now if you want to leave your job, here’s what you can
do.

The key to being paid what you’re worth is to…
develop a High Income Skill™.

You’ve heard me talk about this before, but it’s
important enough to repeat several times.

How is a High Income Skill™ different from a high-
paying job?

Simple.

You’re always paid what you’re worth.

Instead of your boss (one person) deciding what you’re
worth, the marketplace (many people) decide your
value.

If your client doesn’t pay you what you’re worth, you
don’t have to stick around or kiss their ass.

Instead… YOU fire THEM!

And you get another client that will pay you exactly
what you’re worth.

With a High Income Skill™, you’ll always be in control
of how much you’re paid - you’ll decide your own
bonus and write your own checks.

And if you’re wondering what High Income Skill™ you
can start, I’ve got a great video for you.

I’ll show you what 5 High Income Skills™ you can start
right now, without a degree.

Watch it here.
I’ll show you which High Income Skills™ are possible for you.

You don’t have to start developing your High Income
Skill™ today, I am just showing you what’s possible.

But if you are ready and you want my help to develop
your High Income Skill™, here’s what I suggest.

I suggest for you to become a High-Ticket Closer™
through my High-Ticket Closers™ Certification
Program.

If you don’t know about it, watch this 1.5 hour training.
In it, you’ll learn how why I have thousands of men and
women who have their lives changed forever because
of the program.

In the training, you’ll receive a link where you can ask
past students about their experience in the program
too.

Click here to watch the training.

P.S. If you feel you are ready to be paid what you’re
worth, take the first step and watch the training I’ve
prepared for you. It’s transformed thousands of lives.

P.P.S. If you want to a great relationship with your
spouse (or prevent a future relationship from
crumbling), then be sure to read my email for
tomorrow.

to me

Dan, I don’t have time to spend with my friends and

family.”

Do you know Christopher how many times I hear this
from my mentees and followers?

Every damn day.

And no matter how many times I tell them it’s not true -
they still don’t believe me.

So let me prove it to you right now.

Many years back, when I was a lot younger and I was
chasing the biggest deal in my life. I got a call from my
aunt in Hong Kong...

“Hi, is it you Dan?”

“Uh yes, is there something wrong?”

“Dan, your father is in the hospital…”

And I don’t even remember what she said next.

It was like a blur to me...

All I remember is quickly phoning my dad to see if he
was okay.

“Dad! Are you okay? What’s wrong?”

(I could see he was in a bad state because he had
tubes and medical stuff all over him.)

“Hey Dan, yeah I’m okay. I just need to have surgery
and then I should be better.”

And what I did next will haunt me for the rest of my life.

“Dad, I’m going to come see you as soon as I can… I
just have this one business deal I need to close before
coming.”

And after I put down that phone. I never got the
chance to talk to him again.

He died very shortly after.

And that was the biggest regret of my life.

Christopher , let me ask you something.

Why are you working so hard in the first place?

Isn’t it for those that you love? Isn’t it for the people
that mean the most to you?

Aren’t you doing it for them?

It was that way for me...

So what’s more important to you?

Money, material things, success in business…

Or your family?

Take that vacation. Go to that restaurant you’ve been
wanting to go to. And just buy out the time to be with
those you love most.

Because you never know how short life really is - until
it’s too late.

Dan Lok

P.S. If this email meant a lot to you, be sure to share it
with someone you care about.
