This is with the reference to our today’s meeting we Centurion Spring Hills Resort
pleased to offer you as Official Sole Marketing Agent for our Centurion Spring Hills
Resort. The terms and conditions are furnished bellow for mutual understanding.
Terms & Conditions:
1. You will be offered 10% share on the sale of bellow Rs. 500000 .00 businesses,
15% share between Rs. 500001.00 and Rs. 800000.00 and above Rs. 800001.00
sale generated by you we offer 20% share.
2. You will be paid fixed admin charges of Rs. 15000.00 per month by CSHR
3. This offer is for 11 months duration starting from 01 st October 2008 to 31st August
2009
4. Management holds the sole authority for extending or termination of the offer
duration with the written notice of one month
5. You will have visit the clients and confirm the bookings which comes direct to the
resort
6. We will be supporting you with broachers, tariff cards and all the available
packages with the Resort
7. We will also be giving you the tariffs which were offered to the corporate
companies in the past
8. The General Manager of the Resort will be the final authority to decide the
discounts or any special rates for the resort
9. You are advised to mark a CC at pvk.rajesh@centurionhotels.com all the
correspondence that you do to generate the business for the resort
