DART EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION SURVEY QUESTIONNAIRE

BACKGROUND
DART established on 25 May 2007 has been mandated to plan, develop and maintain the BRT system
in Dar es salaam. The BRT for Dar es salaam is planned for a six phased implementation. BRT Phase 1
operations commissioned on 10 May 2016. Human resource is one of the most important resources
of any Organisation. Organisations across world lay emphasis to plan and strategize its human
resource to have edge over its competitors. Employee satisfaction survey is an important aspect of
any Organisation. It's a strategy designed to boost employee engagement, which can lead to
increased productivity. Employee satisfaction surveys measure workers' feeling of contentment and
empowerment. It helps in understanding how employees feel about company culture and
recognition by superiors. When employees are happy, they're more likely to be productive and
engaged at work. To produce exceptional results, then, it's critical team feels fulfilled at the office.
Taking this que, DART intends to undertake employee satisfaction survey to understand the
impediments and arrive at solutions towards successful implementation of the DART mandate.

Instructions for answering the questionnaire and completion of the Survey:

1. Devote 15-30 minutes to answer the questionnaire
