Not only that, since event industry is slowing down since March last year, i think it's better to take a step forward
and learn new things which are updated with current situation and more relevant to pandemic times, as we don't
know what will come into our lives. So, it's always better to be prepare for the worse and learn new skills.

The company already provided accomodation (hotel), but didn't provide transportation benefits for
event/community officers who have to go out of town. Other personal development programs/skilled
training will also be good for the employee.

Since i was the only person who started the partnership with driver online, there were insufficient equipment
and staffs to cover the work, and people need to do their job twice as much as effort which was something
that's hard to do especially alone.
