[bug fix] (Following problems have been fixed.)

1. Service Call [FE:17] occurs when [Quit] is executed with the Magazine Cover opened, after carrying out
[Start Detection] of [Options] > [Adjust ATC Height] on the V Panel.
2. Service Call [FE:2] or [FE:4] may occur when turning on the Power Switch.
