CONSOLIDATED REPORT

Introduction:

We the students of I BSW Observed Our Field Work Observation visits to


5 Organisations in the II Semester.We Were guided by our Field Work Supervisors and
Our Faculities.

Objectives of the visit:

 To develop skills to establish relationship with clients and client groups by participating
in games for listening, verbal communication and understanding non-verbal messages –
body language and life skills.
 To acquire skills of observation and develop an understanding of society’s response to
social problems through various services.
 To develop understanding and appreciation and ability to critically evaluate the efforts of
voluntary and government programmes.
 To develop an appreciation of the significances of social work intervention in these
programmes by recording.

The trainee professionally learned The Principles and Core Values of


Social work.They have to uphold their Emotions and Behaviour in an effective manner.

The Trainee learned many new things and learned to adopt with the
situation.The Trainee learned to Sacrifice,Adjustment and to be treated with Respect.

Conclusion:

The Trainee Had a very good experience in visiting every organisations. The
Trainee learned a lot of things from his/ her Field Work Observation Visits. Trainee and
Co-Trainees were visited all the Organisations with The Faculty and their Seniors.At this
We are very Thankful to our HoD and Faculty Members of our Department, Principal and
College Management.
