Where I come from…

1. Read the following article about Hungary.

Hungary is in Central Europe, surrounded by Slovakia, Ukraine, Romania, Serbia and

Montenegro, Croatia, Slovenia and Austria. It is 93,000 km2, and there are 10 million
people in Hungary. The capital is Budapest, where 2 million people live. The two
biggest rivers are the Danube and the Tisza, and the biggest lake is Lake Balaton.
There are nineteen counties, and the biggest cities are Debrecen, Sopron, Pécs, Győr
and Szeged. The official language is Hungarian. The flag of Hungary is red-white-
green. Hungarians pay with forint.
