This is to acknowledge that Kyle P. Sobrecarey is accepted in the USHER On the Job Training
(OJT) Program of USHER Technologies Inc.

USHER stands for the Universal Structural Health Evaluation and Recording system. USHER is a
privately owned spin-off company from a collaboration project with Mapua University,
Department of Science and Technology, Philippine Council for Industry, Energy and Emerging
Technology Research and Development (DOST-PCIEERD), and the Department of Public Works
and Highways (DPWH). Its main line of business is the research and development of Structural
Health Monitoring (SHM) system, using an enhanced version of Earthquake Recording
Instruments (ERI). USHER also has a product line related to anti-COVID-19 contamination
devices.

This Letter of Acceptance certifies that Kyle P. Sobrecarey is already engaged in the USHER OJT
program and will complete the following requirements of program while strictly working from
home (WFH) or by remote access.

Deliverables of the participating student graduate in the USHER OJT program.

1. Submission of a comprehensive resume or Curriculum Vitae (CV);

2. Enable student graduate participant(s), to conduct technical sales presentation of USHER
products;
3. Conduct actual sales and marketing pitch to prospective clients with the goal of closing
‘deals’ or engagements;
4. Deliver the company's technical sales activities: on-boarding, product training, sales
training, and marketing training.
