The discussion entitled “Art & Body” carefully analyzed the relation
within the topics in such a way that showed the mastery and research
conducted to have resulted in such a video. Members of the group being
very specific with the examples they used effectively made it easy absorb
the main idea. They stuck on one cohesive idea and did not cram too many
ideas that could have led the video going on multiple directions. The format
used to discuss their ideas very much so helped to explore the theme by
presenting visuals and providing a narrative that was not so heavily worded.
Another notable aspect is that they also discussed the theme while showing
themselves which retains the initial attention to the video and rather than
simply presenting it slide-show like. Details such as those made the 27
minute long presentation interesting to watch. For improvements, it is a
personal preference to not have such long pauses within the video that is not
even filled with a background audio. This is simply because the dead air was
heavily noticeable and was temporarily attention-grabbing over the visuals
that ran during the silence. Apart from the mentioned suggestion, the topic
was still well discussed and easy to understand thanks to the group’s efforts
put into it.
