I am interested in applying for a Special Education Teacher position in your school district. I am
a graduate of Bachelor of Elementary Education major in Special Education at Don Mariano Marcos
Memorial State University-South La Union Campus, Agoo, La Union with a latin honor of Cum Laude. I
also have my pre-service teacher training at San Fernando City Integrated School SPED Center, San
Fernando City, La Union.

I am currently teaching Filipino learners with special educational needs, catering 30 learners. I
have a vast experience on preparing and implementing Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs), Behavior
Intervention Plans (BIPs), Educational Placement, preparing Instructional materials, and Progress
reporting. I also modify the general education curriculum for special needs learners, and collaborate with
other teachers and administrators in the development, evaluation and revision of school programs.

I believe that I can provide exceptional service to the learners with special needs by giving
suitable instructional support, conducive learning environment, apply wide range of teaching strategies to
develop their optimum potentials and be able to immerse with different races to share Filipino culture,
traditions and values.

It is my goal to combine my range of experience with my ability to be a compassionate,

enthusiastic, dynamic teacher who will make a positive contribution to your school district and larger
