SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THAT I, GINALYN SUMALPONG SANGUENZA of legal age, single, a Filipino

citizen and a resident of Bagting, Dapitan City, do hereby appoint, name and constitute JAY
CALALANG MANATAD, of legal age, single, a Filipino citizen and a resident of Talisay,
Dapitan City to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact to act, manage and conduct all my affairs
and for that purpose in my name and stead to do and execute any or all of the following acts,
deeds, and things, to wit:

1. To represent me in all conducts concerning the just compensation and legal interest claim
of the parcel of land situated at San Pedro, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte covered under
TCT No. T-82560 taken by the government for the construction of road;
2. To appear and represent me before any ordinary or special courts and tribunals of
whatsoever level, instance and jurisdiction and any other quasi-judicial or administrative
authority and to represent us during all these proceedings should the government
represented by DPWH-REGION IX, will not pay the demanded just compensation and
legal interest claims.
3. To transact with appropriate government agencies/offices involving the registration, sale,
transfer, donation, and any other transactions related to the property in paragraph one (1)
hereof;
4. To do any other acts to expedite the above mentioned.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority whatsoever requisite or proper to be done in or about the premises, as fully to all
intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby certifying
and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact or his duly authorized substitute shall do or
cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
This special power of attorney shall be in effect until the completion of the object or
purpose above-stated or until otherwise revoked for cause. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have
