SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THAT We, ILUMINADA SUMALPONG SANGUENZA of legal age, widower and of sound
and disposing mind, a Filipino citizen and a resident of San Pedro, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte, and
DANILO SUMALPONG, of legal age, widower and of sound and disposing mind, a Filipino citizen and
a resident of Cagayan de Oro City, Mizamiz Occidental, do hereby appoint, name and constitute JAY
CALALANG MANATAD, of legal age, single, a Filipino citizen and a resident of Talisay, Dapitan City
to be our true and lawful attorney-in-fact to act, manage and conduct all our affairs and for that purpose in
our name and stead to do and execute any or all of the following acts, deeds, and things, to wit:

1. To transfer the title of the parcel of land containing EIGHTY SIX SQUARE METERS [86 sq.
m.] situated in Bagting, Dapitan City covered by TCT No. T-4504, unto and in favor of
ILUMINADA SUMALPONG SANGUENZA, her heirs, assigns and successors-in-interest;
2. To transact with appropriate government agencies/offices involving the registration, transfer,
donation, and any other transactions related to the property in paragraph one (1) hereof; and
3. To do any other acts relative to the transfer of title of the property in paragraph (1) hereof.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full power and authority
whatsoever requisite or proper to be done in or about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as
we might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby certifying and confirming all that our said
attorney-in-fact or his duly authorized substitute shall do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these
presents.
This special power of attorney shall be in effect until the completion of the object or purpose
above-stated or until otherwise revoked for cause. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, We have hereunto affixed
