PT. Balikpapan Environmental Services (BES) is an
integrated waste management company which
covers services such as waste collecting, waste
disposal, waste utilization, waste transporters using
the latest green technology and environmental
consultant. PT. BES has equipped with all related
legal permission from the Ministry of Environment
and Forestry based on the Decree of the Minister of
Environment and Forestry.

Established since 2003, PT. BES has a vision to

"become the leading company in the field of
environmentally friendly waste management
services in the eastern part of Indonesia“. With the
increase concern in environment issue, PT. BES is
ready to became one of the pioneers of integrated
waste processing companies in East Kalimantan.

In addition to having an official permit to collect and

utilize hazardous waste from KLHK, PT. BES is also
equipped with a fleet of licensed transportation
from the Ministry of Transportation - Directorate
General of Land Transportation to transport
hazardous waste (B3) and General Waste (Non B3).

We provide services for the collection of Non-
hazardous (Non-B3) Waste for Industry using
Special Containers for Non-B3 Waste. Supported
by a professional and expert workforce and
equipment that makes our Non-B3 Waste
Collection Services reliable and cost effective.
We collect organic waste (dried leaves, leftover
food, kitchen waste, etc.), inorganic waste
(plastic, paper, wood, etc.) and scrap metal from
clients.

The principle of 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle)

takes precedence to minimize the amount of
waste to be disposed of into landfills (TPA), such
as by recycling into compost.

HAZARDOUS WASTE
Safe, Reliable, Using Latest Technology and Compliance
with government regulations is very necessary when
handling hazardous (B3) waste, because the contents of
the waste are corrosive, toxic, flammable and reactive.

PT. BES helps clients to manage their B3 waste in the

form of solid or liquid. From the Mining, Oil and Gas,
Medical and other Industries.

Our waste management procedures consist of storage /

collection (segregation and repackaging of B3 waste) and
delivery / disposal to Third Parties beneficiaries and
processors of B3 Waste (approved by the Ministry of
Environment for Handling and Disposal of B3 waste)

To complete the services of PT. BES to our Clients, aside from
being collectors, PT. BES also provides a special unit to transport
B3 waste. All B3 Waste Carrier units owned by PT. BES has a B3
Waste Transport Permit issued by the Ministry of Transportation
Director General of Land Transportation (DIRJENHUPDAR) based
on recommendations from the Ministry of Environment.

Especially for Non B3 waste, PT. BES has a Compactor unit with a
closed and safe Hydraulic and Container system.

Tank Cleaning and Decontamination Team from
PT. BES can help you maintain your tank and also
prepare for decommissioning. Our team
guarantees jobs that are safe, professional and
environmentally friendly, so you can concentrate
on your business.

The Tank Cleaning and Decontamination Team

will be provided by PT. BES, where each of our
crew is equipped with certificates for Confined
Space certificates and equipment from PT. The
BES which has been equipped by Tank Cleaning
Permit from the Ministry of Environment No. 188
Year 2011.

PT. BES offers services for maintenance and also cleaning
of oil / water separators, where we offer monthly
inspection services that will ensure the smooth process
of separators and also routine checks every three
months where the separators will be cleaned.

The inspection crew and cleaning separator will be

provided by PT. BES, where each of our crew is equipped
with certificates for Confined Space certificates and
equipment from PT. The BES which has been equipped
by Tank Cleaning Permit from the Ministry of
Environment No. 188 Year 2011.

Kariangau Industrial Estate in East Kalimantan, which will be the first waste utilization and
processing company in East Kalimantan, where we will use 4R Technology (Reduce, Reuse,
