Electric Kettle

In the past, if you wanted to boil water for your coffee, tea, or your bath, you needed to light up a fire or
a gas stove and use a kettle or any other large pot. Now in modern times, we use a kettle that is
powered by electricity called “Electric Kettle”. An Electric Kettle are rather small nor large but enough to
be fill up with water up to 1.5-1.7L and it has two parts, The kettle and the pad that is placed bellow the
kettle for usage. When using an Electric kettle, a large electric current flow into the heating element and
then it will turn the electrical energy into heat to boil up the water. There is also a safety feature that
when the water reaches at the boiling point, the resulting steam warms a strip composed of two
dissimilar kinds of metal. The heating connection is then broken, shutting off the electric kettle.

Before I was using an electric kettle, I was using an ordinary kettle that is lit up from a gas stove to boil
water. I am easily distracted so I tend to forget that I was boiling water which is completely dangerous
and can lead to major accidents. Fortunately, it hasn’t happened yet because of how alert my family
members are. So, then I switch into a more modern way to boil water and that is to use an electric
kettle. It is easy, convenient and most of all safe to use. Now I can boil water without having any worries
at all.

For most, everybody has experienced using fire or gas stove to boil water and what makes it frustrating
is that you cannot do any time-consuming task such as taking a shower, rushing your work, during this
time because you need to keep watch or else it might cause accidents. This applies heavily towards
teenagers( in senior and college) and adults who are almost busy at the start of their day. That’s where
electric kettle shines. You can boil water and do some of your daily tasks without any worries for
accidents. Because of its safety feature, so even if you accidentally forgot that you were boiling some
water due to being more focus on your tasks, its okay because it turns off automatically when the water
has already reached the boiling point, saving you time, electricity and from accidents.

We all just want to have a cup of coffee to fuel us at the start of the day without having to worry about
accidents while making that coffee. The electric kettle is one of the best modern device household that
everyone must have. The electric kettle has only one job and that is to boil water easily and safely, and it
does it job efficiently with no room for error. It is rather cheap, and it is guaranteed to last very long
when used properly, making it one of the best investments into your household and to your daily lives.
