plate is meet and conform with the design specification
3 Check the electronics and mechanism Control box components is
complete and the specification is meet with the design requirement
4 Check the visual and dimension of the Control box, ensure no any
damage both on inside and enclosure of the Control box
5 Control box installation position and location conform to the design layout
6 Control box installed on wall mounting, bolted and leveling
conform to the Project design requirement
7 All the Circuit breaker and terminal connection bolts/nut is fastenned
and tightened properly
8 Check the Control box terminal and enclosure is connected to the
grounding cable and fastenned properly
9 Check the relays, contactor and fuse is good condition and the rating
is meet comply with the design specification requirement
10 All the Circuit breaker specification and rating capacity is correct comply
with the design requirement
11 Check all cable termination to the Panel terminal/breaker is installed and
connected properly conform to the design requirement/ cable list
12 All the cable ID/tag number of the cable termination have installed
properly and correct conform with the design requirement / cable list
13 Check all the circuit numbering are correct comply with the design
drawing and completed with the clear marked/label
14 The Insulation resistance Test and continuity measurement already done
for cables and circuit breaker confirm with the specification requirement
15 The interlock, control, indicating and signal lamp already checked and
are in function properly
16 Check for the Short circuit or overload and indicating alarm Trip devices/
function is working properly
17 All the electronic dispalys of the Control box is good condition and
working properly
18 The control box door or enclosure lock and the safety security system
is function properly
19 The Control box is free from dust, mist or moisture both in inside and on
the enclosure or near the wall area
