Return Policy

Return Procedure

In the event that it becomes necessary to return this product or part of this product to TBM,

The following procedure should be followed :

1. Obtain return authorization: Contact the TBM Service Department and


obtain a Customer Service Authorization number. The TBM number must
appear on the outside of the shipping container. Returned shipments will
not be accepted if the TBM number is not clearly visible. Please provide the
model number, serial number, and a brief description of the reason for return.

2. Freight policy: The customer is responsible for freight charges when this product is
shipped to TBM for service (this includes customs charges).

3. Return address: Please send the part(s) or equipment to the address offered by
Customer Service department

4. Notes

1. Tighten the waste bottle cap to avoid air leak.

2. Don’t block the duct when placing the water pump in the detergent bottle.

3. You’d better set the prime height by having the probes reach to the wells
exactly.

4. The aspirate height is important to the washing effect, so it had better be 0.5
mm away from the well bottom. Pull the plate upward to check
if there is proper spacing, which should be the same to the
inside and outside. If not, you can balance it by adjusting the retaining
screw on the wash head.

5. Clean height should be the same as the aspirate height.

6. The prime bottom height had better be 5 units less than the aspirate height.

For example, the latter is 180, and then the former had better be 175.

7. The aspirate range should be within 32-36.

8. Before placing the plate, be sure to check if the plate is flat and all sample
wells are plane.

9. If the probes can’t aspirate all waste, the aspirate height may be too low or
the probes probably contact the well bottom except for blocking.
