CHAPTER 1
INTRODUCTION
Our ISP’s PMS not only provides a follow up module but also provide a functionality to assign a
prospect to an employee,and also provide afunctionality of transferring the prospect in absence
of the appropriate employee on that particular time
PMS maintains the state of the customer in a status report i.e new,closed,assigned,dereffered
.when a prospect is accessed its in new state,when a prospecta
PMS include an Employers module which deals with performance evaluation of the employees
depending on the prospects he closed ,Prospects are said to be closed when the customer accepts
the employers offer
MAJOR CHALLENGES:

PROSPECT MANAGEMENTSYSTEM
It deals with ISP(Inernet service provider) management. Isp’s who provide different
packages dealing with bandwidth,speed,download limit,package offers will not to loose customer
as identifying customer is the most tedious task.
Prospect means the customer in th perspective of buiness operation,In our ISP prospect
management system ,customer subscribing for a package is prospect.Identifying prospect by
different ways is not in the context of project,We assume that we have all the
context/information pertaining customer.
2.employer’s module.
It deals with the client getting registered which deals with client communication details
with client preferences.We have 3 internal modules in client perspective module.
Capturing interests is the main intention of the module ,the interests captured can be processes
,prospects details can be stored and can be processed further
CHAPTER 3
PROSPECT ASSIGNMENT
In this module a prospect which has been registered with the company in the first
module is assigned to an employee for performing the follow up, well the way of assigning the
prospect should be in consideration with employers load .
The number of the prospects which an employee handle determines the load of an employee
,employees should be monitored so that all the employees are provided with equal load so that no
employee is burden with maximum load

Load plays a major role during assignment of the prospect to the employee, while load is simply
proportional to the number of prospects dealt by the employee. more the prospects the employee
deal more is the load on him.
Load Report is the report generated for visually assessing the current load on the employees for
the managers prospect so that load balancing can be done easily
