NOMINAL DURATION: 18HRS

MODULE DESCRIPTION: The module is designed to develop the necessary knowledge, skills and attitude of the
trainees to the standard required by the occupation. The contents of this program are in line with the occupational
standard.
The prime objective of this training program is to equip the trainees with the identified competences specified in the
OS. Graduates are therefore, expected to Operate Database Application, Update and Document Operational
Procedures, Administrate Network and Hardware Peripherals, Care for Network and Computer Hardware, Access
and Use Internet, Implement Maintenance Procedures, Maintain Equipment and Consumables, Apply Problem
Solving Techniques to Routine Malfunction, Participate in Workplace Communication, Work in Team Environment,
Develop Business Practice, Standardizing and Sustaining 3S accordance with the performance criteria described in
the OS.
