Letter of Intent

To whom so ever it may concern

THIS AGREEMENT has been made on Friday, January 15, 2021 in New Delhi between M/s.
Hindustan E-waste Management Private Limited (PRO), a partnership firm represented
by Mr. Mahesh Kumar, through its authorized partner and having its office at Basement-8,
Central Road, Bhogal Jangpura, New Delhi-110014.
AND
M/s. Recfly Recyclers Private Limited, Khata No. 157, Khasra Number 714, Mauja
Pilana, Village Pilana, District Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh-250615 (hereinafter referred to as
RECYCLER which expression shall include his/their respective heirs, executors,
administrators and assignees), represented by Mr. Ashraf on the other part has allocated
2720 MT out of 2720 MT to the Hindustan E-waste Management Private Limited.

This engagement shall be valid for period of one (1) years from the date of this agreement.
Upon expiry of the engagement, the parties may mutually agree to renew the term of this
engagement in writing.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this engagement has been signed by the duly authorized
representatives of each party hereto.
