WHO I USED TO BE ON THESE PROJECTS


- Most of the time I was the Planner so the concept of the videos used to came from
my mind. All the creativity behind the videos and a few structure.
- Some of the videos from the past I used to produce but at Herbst Software (my
current job) I produced all of them.
- I am very familiar with Adobe Premiere but we had a team to edit the videos but now
at Herbst Software I am also editing all of the videos.
- We had a team to create the storyboard and the scripts and I was evolved in all of
those processes.
- I was the only responsible to manage the advertisements. Not only for the videos but
also for the whole campaigns on YouTube, Google Search, Display, Facebook Ads
and Twitter Ads.
- Including the email Marketing. I was responsible to create the main concept of the
emails and we had a team of designers to make it.
- I was the responsible to go to the clients to present the results. I used to make a
dashboard with a few KPI’s for each client so we could proof the results through real
numbers

HOW DO I SELL MY VIDEOS


- As an agency I used to sell my videos advertising on Youtube to reach out new
clients and for my current clients who did not hired videos from us I used to make a
few workshops to convince them how important Youtube would be in the future. That
happened back in 2012, 2013 in Brazil.
- I used to insert a few numbers from researches saying that 80% of the whole internet
content would be videos, etc… And now we can proof the researches and I were
right. I would say that would be easier to convince new clients Today but as an
agency I would have more competitors, for sure.

HOW DO I ADVERTISE THE VIDEOS


- Everything was based on each client goal and audience. Back in 2013 or even 2014
Twitter was not so strong in Brazil but Facebook was. So we used to advertise on
Facebook Videos and mostly on Youtube picking the right channels based on each
target.
- As tools we use Google Adwords, Facebook Power Editor, Google Power Editor,
Hubspot, Facebook Business, Twitter Ads, Google Analytics, UTM’s on links,

A year ago I got promoted to be the Innovation Project Management. That
means that I am responsible for creating/enhance all processes within my
company. 

Since then I have been working with the Marketing team with marketing routine
tasks but also with all other departments.
