Accomplishment Report on Remedial Reading Session for

PROJECT DSWD
(Developing Students
Worthwhile reading skills and Determination to learn in Grade II)

Preparation of Attractive Reading Materials started on November 9,

2015 and the Remedial Reading Session started on November 16, 2015 and
ended on January 28, 2016. The objectives of the remedial reading sessions
are the following: to improve the reading level of the slow readers and to read
more through attractive reading materials prepared by the teachers.
During the remediation the pupils were very attentive and focus to their
teachers. Their attention and excitement are evident. They had fun as they
used the reading materials.

The teachers used different remedial reading interventions such as.
