2. B 7. A 12. C
3. C 8. C 13. B
4. B 9. A 14. B
5. C 10. D 15. D

Additional Activities

1.

 Organizations, especially business-related ones, give importance in

mail merge for it makes communicating with numerous recipients
much efficient. For example, mail merge can make a similar
document, a pre-addressed envelopes or a personalized letter be
sent to a number of people at once. More importantly, it is in Word,
an application organization frequently use which makes it more
valuable.
2.
 Give an instance where it would be better to use the feature of
Microsoft Word in sending out letters. There are times when a bulk of
emails or a single document has to be sent to a string of persons.
Individually sending it to every recipient can be a huge hassle. So
using the feature of MS Word, specifically the mail merge, is much
more effective and time-efficient for it has the capability to create and
distribute similar documents to different recipients.
3.
 Putting images or inserting graphics in your MS Word document can
be pleasing to the eye but there are times when it spoils it more than
help the presentation. Just to be clear, inserting pictures, graphics or
ClipArts should be there to clarify the text(s), not overpower the
significance of the words. So, in retrospect, overkilling the image
inserts or the clipart designs should be avoided. Proper location and
amount should be supervised in order to have a clean, simple yet
elegant document to present.
