1. I will use the mail merge for its capabilities that simplify the process of
sending unified message with customized details. Using it will help me
personalize the invitation for each of the ten loyal customers.
(Scenario 2)
1. To make the report more appealing, I can insert an image in my Word
document by clicking first the place where I want it to be positioned. Then
I'll click the 'Insert' tab to locate the 'Pictures' that will lead me to the
'Insert Picture' window that will pop up. I'll search and locate the specific
picture I want, click it and press the 'Insert' bar to have the result seen.

To insert the 'Thumbs-up' emoji, first click where you want to position
the clip art on your document then locate and click the 'Clip Art' in the
Illustrations group of the Insert tab. A Clip Art task pane will pop up
on the window. Type the description of the clip art (e.g. thumbs up
emoji) you want on the Search for text box then click Go to display
the results. Click the clip art that fits your desired clip art to finally
insert it on the word document.
To insert the 'Star' shape, find and click the Shapes in the
Illustrations group of the Insert tab. Click the star shape then click
anywhere on the document and drag to insert the chose shape. You
can customize the format of the shape by clicking the shape and
clicking the Format tab that will appear after. Layout options will be
displayed.
To insert the 'Basic Block List' SmartArt graphic, locate and click the
SmartArt in the Illustrations group of the Insert tab. Click the first
graphic, specifically the Basic Block List, on the List options then
click OK. SmartArt Tools automatically appears on the upper tab that
will show you the Design and Format tabs to give you customization
options.

To insert the 'Star' shape, find and click the Shapes in the
Illustrations group of the Insert Tab. Click the star shape then click
anywhere on the document and drag to insert the chosen shape.
You can customize the format of the shape by clicking the shape and
clicking the Format tab that will appear after. Layout options will be
displayed such as options that customizes the Shape Outline,
Shape Fill, Shape Effects, etc.
To insert the 'Basic Block List' SmartArt graphic, locate and click the
SmartArt in the Illustrations group of the Insert tab. Click the first
graphic, specifically the Basic Block List, on the List options then
click OK. SmartArt Tools automatically appears on the upper tab
that will show you the Design and Format tabs of the SmartArt
Tools to give you more customization options. For example, if you
want your graphic to look more 3D like, you can choose the Inset
Style in the SmartArt Styles group. You can also change your
graphics color.
WHAT I CAN DO
1. Click where you want your image to be positioned then click Pictures
of the Illustrations group in the Insert tab. An Insert Picture window
box will appear where you can locate the picture you wanted. After
selecting the picture, click the Insert box for the result to take effect.
2. From phone to your PC, you can use a USB cable to connect the two
devices and to access or share data from each other. For a more
efficient data exchange, an app called Shareit simplifies this sharing
method. Although both devices should have the app compatible to
their unit to be able to do this. From there on, open the PC's
Computer window, locate your device to select the image you want
to transfer then copy and paste it on the computer's picture file.
3. An employee was tasked to create and distribute letters of invitations
to a number of loyal customers. A set list of specific names was
given. He decided to use mail merge in order to be more effective
and efficient in his work. A sample of such letter is:
