WIRELINE SKID

DESCRIPTION
Lee Specialties' custom built ATEX Zone 2 certified combination multi-piece
wireline skids are built with interchangeable draw works to be able to service
multiple wireline operations including: open hole, cased hole, and slick line
operations. The module design allows for a varied footprint when space is
limited in offshore operations.
• Modular configuration that allows for combined or separate lifts of the cabin/
drum assembly.
• Bolted drum cradle for different drum configuration.
• Drum slewing with 24 degrees of deviation (12 degrees each way off center).
• Full range of speed and pull capabilities with a 2-speed motor/ 2-speed
planetary.
• 30 Kw 240V/1 Ph/60 Hz hydraulically driven generator.
• Umbilical for remote placement of power pack.
• Quick connection between modules for faster rig up.
• Connections/controls for external hydraulic input in case of loss of power pack.
• Cabin with combined fire/pressurization/gas panel, LEL/H2S gas detectors,
Pressurization system, Smoke detectors.
• Fire pull station.
• Multiple ESD's.
• Gas tight dampers.
• Alarm system.
• Rig communications.
• Cat C4.4T engine w/ Pyroban ATEX Zone 2 certification, 156 BHP, Fixed 1800
RPM, Tier 3 emissions control, Hydraulic start w/ 10-gallon accumulator
bottle, Air-driven accumulator pump and manual hand pump backup, 24V
Alternator/Battery, ESD for high temp/overspeed/low oil pressure.

• Slip Ring quick connect for Collector ring storage during transport.
• Model showing 9 conductor slip ring rated for hazardous location.
• Cabin air inlet extension for drawing fresh air from safe zone.
