TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Payment of total Dues.


• At Booking Time: 50 % at the time of booking.
• Full Payment: 50 % (Complete balance payment), one week prior to the event date.
• Non Payment of Full dues: If full payment is not received one week prior to the function date, the event booking
would automatically stand cancelled.
2. Round table sit-down buffet is charged extra @ Rs.150 per head.
3. Soft drinks, Juices, Mineral water, Tandoor, Fans, Gas Heater, Generator and Canopies are charged extra.
4. Stage Decoration, Floral arrangements and Decorative Lighting are not part of the package.
5. Changes in menu, timings or number of persons must be informed at least 3 days before the function.
6. Extra Charges shall be applicable in case of our staff has to stay longer than normal service timings.
7. Cancellation Charges. If the booking is cancelled within one month prior to the event, cancellation charges will be
applicable on the total bill as under:
a. Between 15 to 30 days:10%
b. Between 7 to 15 days:25%
c. Between 3 to 7 days: 50%
d. Within 3 days: 100% (No refunded).
8. Additional guests will be charged at full per-head rate.
9. Drivers / Staff Food will be served separately.
10. Breakage/Loss, if any, will be borne by the client.
11. All Government taxes will apply.
