可持續地學習應該係 med 5 嘅重點。如果仲係諗住好似以前咁hea住讀，
得過且過，今次會危險啲啦，因為呢⼀年要讀嘅嘢太多啦，除非你係天才
（咁我唔係啦）。⼀開始 med 5 係先嚟⼀個⽉嘅 refresher course，將你
由 elective 嘅天堂帶返嚟現實嘅地獄，⼀邊上 lecture ⼀邊諗⾃⼰今年究
竟有幾多書要讀，由其係當你完全唔知個 lecturer 噏乜......
成個 med 5 除咗內科，普通外科同骨科呢啲 med 3 已經有嘅科⽬之外，
仲有好多再細分嘅外科，例如神經，⼼胸肺，⼩兒，整形，泌尿，耳⿐
喉，仲有放射，⿇醉，眼科等等，同時內科都需要讀得更深入。外科就完
咗⽔會有考試，其實幫助你記憶同溫習，⼗分有⽤，所以請好好認真準備
end module exam。另⼀⽅⾯內科只會有⼀個臨床考試（OSLER），但佢
對考 nal 嘅 OSCE 其實冇乜幫助，⽽你亦需要好好記住你學到嘅知識，因
為無考試幫你記啦。
我有好多同學都係以 J Notes為主去應付內外兩科，因為佢實在係太好
⽤，都幾包羅萬有。我就依然係睇書都，再配以 Notes 為副。後期臨近考
試，我就開始以 J Notes 同埋 H Notes 做骨幹，再加以 lecture notes，⾃
⼰嘅 notes 同埋書本嘅 notes，成為集百家之⼤成嘅終極 Notes。我現在
仍然非常感激當初嘅我做咗呢個決定，使我能夠順利過渡 Final MB。我利
⽤咗 Evernote 作為我整理同更新知識嘅平台，佢除咗可以⽅便地整合資
料，仲可以隨時隨地⽤電話電腦上網睇番，仲可以search，非常⽅便上
ward 被問到⼝啞啞時快速睇下。（PS 有興趣嘅話可以⽤呢條 link 註冊，

我就⾃覺⾃⼰ med 3時唔夠勤⼒，唔夠料，所以去到 med 5 都依然會睇
Talley，溫故知新。⽽其他 made easy 都可以升⼀級，睇下啲問題識唔識
答去應⽤番啲知識。

主要兩類書，⼀類書料，⼀類考試。我覺得最有⽤嘅書料書梗係我愛書
Pocket Medicine 啦。其他我覺得有⽤嘅書包括 Neurology，Houseman
Handbook等。⽽常⾒嘅考試書都係⽩書，⾦銀書，同埋Pocket Book for English Writing
PACES，呢啲都係我哋好多⼈⽤嚟準備OSCE⽤。 Assistant

外科 Surgery
普通外科嘅書都係有兩⼤類，有考試⽤嘅OSCE書，亦都有書料⽤嘅
Washington Manual，不過我哋亦都有好多好好嘅 lectures 所以我書料都
係睇返 lectures 再加少少書就 ok。雜surg 就可以睇 toronto notes 同埋
recall，再加埋佢哋⾃⼰嘅 lectures都應該⾜夠。

骨科 Orthopaedics
骨科都算係教得唔錯，有佢哋⾃⼰嘅 lecture，bedside同clinic都安排得好
好，但係另⼀⽅⾯佢喺考試內佔嘅比重都比較⼤。Toronto 提供咗⼀個幾
好嘅 overview，⽽ pocket book就有啲比較實⽤嘅資料。
