ORDINANCE NO. 11 – 0003

AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING CURFEW HOURS TO MINORS

Be it ordained by the Sanguniang Pambarangay Buenavista, Tinambac, Camarines Sur

in Session assembled and upon motion of Barangay Kagawad Remedios Aringo and duly
seconded by Doris P. Refugio:

Section II – Any person, persons, or organization herein referred to as minors

are hereby prohibited to outside their homes starting 11:00 pm until 4:00 am.

Section III – Any person or minor age who for a certain time wish to obtain
exemption from prohibition as provided for under Section II shall secure a
written permit from the office of the Philippine National Police Station at
Tinambac, Camarines Sur.

Section IV – In reference to the provision of the preceding section section,

exemption shall be given to minors only in cases of Barangay involving medical
attention.

Section V – PENAL PROVSSION:

Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this ordinance shall be
penalized with a fine of Community Service for:
1st offense – Warning
2nd offense – Community Service
3rd offense – Community Service – Fine P 300.00
4th offense – Fine – P 500.00 or an imprisonment of not less than 5 days in
Barangay Tanod Outpost or both upon the discretion of the court.

Section VI – This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.

RESOLUTION APPROVING ORDINANCE NO. 11 – 0002. AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE BUYING

OF COCONUTFRUITS WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF BARANGAY BUENAVISTA,
TINAMBAC, CAMARINES SUR.
