How to Adapt the Assessment Method in DL
t Method

1. Portfolio A periodical portfolio will be required to the students, this will not rob most of their time
because it is good for one quarter. The content of the portfolio includes all their written
outputs, quizzes and other performances.

2. Worksheets I will send them out worksheets that is in support to the module they are currently
studying. It be given together with the module so they will be able to know the points that
they have to master upon reading the module.

3. Short Quiz Short quiz will be given that can be done through paper and pen test or scheduled
assessment time through a phone call, text or chat. Rubrics will be given prior to the
assessment period. Points that are vague will be noted and clarified.

4. Written Activity I will send them sets of questions that will call the students to write down their answer.
In this kind of assessment, the students’ writing will be measured at the same time will be
developed. Rubrics will also be provided for basis for rating.

5. Summative Test Sets of questions will be given either through hard copy or soft copy. The parents will be
advised to look over to their child to ensure honesty and to really measure the capacity of
the child for independent learning. The test will be also returned to the teacher following a
set of schedules, result and feedback will be right away so the student can check the points
that he has to master.
