employee.
NEED FOR STUDY

The problem undertaken for the study identify and


analysis the behavior of the workers
There is a need to understand how the workers react to
the company’s program and policies of the organization
The need of the organization to know what are the
various requirement and expectation of the workers and
various problems that the workers face in working place

◦ To study about employees satisfaction level welfare
measure and other benefits

and fact-finding enquires of different kinds,


which help the researchers to describe the
present situation that makes the analysis
about the effectiveness of employee
satisfaction among the employees and
helps to reach the objective.

respondents. The respondents of present study
belong to different age groups, sex and
different spans of experience.

Findings
 More than 80% employees are less than 3 yrs but
they feel secure at there jobs
 Employees do not feel much satisfied with the

working environment and they have normal


relations with there colleagues .
 More than 70 % Employees are satisfied with the

training programs .
 More than 80% do not feel any kind of

discrimination .
 Some people feel they are not provided with

suggestions and guidance by there senior managers


but mostly feel satisfied with that .
RECOMMENDATION AND SUGGESION

 Proper mechanism for communication for all levels

 Performance oriented awards should be given.

 Implementation of performance appraisal program .

 Motivational material and motivational thoughts are to be discussed.

 Promotion policy & criteria of qualifications at each level for


promotion.

 Organizing the annual day and family tour to develop belongingness.


CONCLUSION

 The aspect employee satisfaction is important vital role


of the organization it helps improve the productivity of
on organization. HOSHIARPUR AUTOMOBILES
PVT . LTD MARUTI SUZUKI, Majority of the
employees are satisfied about their facilities and all the
benefits, so company work is going very smoothly.
 Some of them are not satisfied about their salary, other

monitory benefits and their promotions.


LIMITATION OF THE STUDY
 The study may be applicable only to HOSHIARPUR AUTOMOBILES
(P) LTD MARUTI SUZUKI .
 The data have been collected from the present permanent employees
only. So it may vary in the future.
 There may be a personal bias of the respondent, when affect
the result of the study.
 The duration of the study is limited. So it may not
be able to cover the entire scope
 Some of the employees were not cooperating
with the research.
