Simply handbook of debugging (F5021-32 bit

board)

I. Summary
F5021 boar is 32bit intelligent main board embedded networking
system recently researched by Shanghai STEP. It equips a small LCD display,
certainly it supports hand-held manipulator and computer software for
debugging; there are three pieces of CAN communication interfaces, which
can be communicated with display board, car board, duplex or group system
and drive system; There are two RS232/RS485 interfaces which can achieve
the function of community monitor (RS485), cable remote monitor (phone
line) and wireless remote monitor (GPRS net support); also there is a real
time operation system to record year, month, day, hour, minute, second for
accurate timing operation.

II. Set the basic parameters (The following parameters must be set in
debugging, and the values below are default.)
F0=50(acceleration)
F1=50(deceleration)
F2=130(S curve T0)
F3=110(S curve T1)
F4=110(S curve T2)
F5=100(S curve T3)
F6=160(rated speed of elevator)1m/s please set it to 100
F7=1440(rated rotary speed of motor)
F8=600(encoder pulse)
F11=24(No. of floor)
F24=1(in analog mode)

III. Some parameters need to be noticed


1. When F24=0 (digital control) and F63=0 (default definition of
multi-step speed):
1m/s: one segment of speed (the speed will be full after running one
floor);
1.6m/s: two segments of speed (the speed will be full after running two
floors);
2m/s: three segments of speed (the speed will be full after running three
floors);
2.5m/s: three segments of speed (the elevator will run one floor at
one-step speed, two or three floors at two-step speed, and above three
floors at full speed);
3m/s or above: three segments of speed (the elevator will run one or
two floors at one-step speed, three or four floors at two-step speed, and
above four at full speed);

F45 means the single-floor deceleration distance, F46 means the two-floor
deceleration and F47 means the multi-floor deceleration distance.

2.If there is the function of brake switch detection, please set F36 to 50
(enable), otherwise, please set F36 to 0, or the No. 38 fault code will be
reported.
3.F56 and F57 can be used to adjust the leveling accuracy in analog mode,
if the lift cannot run to the position horizontal to the doorsill, please
increase the value of F56 (upward running) or F57 (downward running)
and vice versa.
4.F62 is the detection time interval of steel cable sliding, and it equals to
the minimum value between 45S and the running time interval of
whole trip plus 10s, No. 20 fault code will be reported by setting
improperly.
5.F64 is the selection whether the door can be opened in inspection mode.
0: disable, 1: enable.
6.F114 reset:11 parameters reset, 22 fault code reset, 33 running times
reset, 44 start to auto run.
7.F126 short floor deceleration distance, it is the deceleration distance at
inspection speed with the distance of floors from 30 to 2000.
8.F128 door open/close mode:0 standard mode, 1 door open/close holding
mode, 3 door open holding mode, 4 door close holding in running.
9.F134, F135, F136 real floor vector, they are different conceptions of real
floor and artificial floor, the artificial floor doesn’t occupy address, but
be attention that set all floors above the highest one to 1 when setting
the real floor vector.
10.F153 whether the loops of hall door and car door use two individual one
and there is a disaccording fault detection: 0 no, 1 yes.
11.F154 whether there are contactors before the inverter:0 yes, 1 no.
12.F156: whether there are door lock relay and safety loop relay:0 no, 1
yes.

IV. Introduction of input/output terminals on main board


1. JP2.3(X12)input terminal for fire homing.
2. JP2.9 (X18) is door zone signal for opening door in advance and
re-leveling after door open, and there is a need of another board named
re-leveling board installed in cabinet. F129=0, means there is no
functions of opening door in advance or re-leveling after door open;
F129=1, means the function of opening door in advance is enabled but
re-leveling after door open is disabled; F129=2, mean the function of
opening door in advance is disabled and re-leveling after door open is
enabled; F129=3, means both functions are enabled.
3. JP3.2 (X21) input terminal of fireman switch.
4. JP3.3 (X22) is the brake switch detection signal. It is a condition of
elevator starting with given a curve, and a necessary condition of landing
to open door. Please set F36 to 50 in order to enable this function.
5. JP3.4 (X23) is the signal of motor temperature protection switch, if the
motor is overheated, the temperature protection switch will be actuated,
and all the instructions and calls will be canceled, the lift will land to the
closest floor with door opening till the temperature switch is recovered.
6. JP3.5(X24) is upward third terminal speed changing switch, it is used
when the speed of elevator is over 2m/s in digital mode.
7. JP3.6(X25) is downward third terminal speed changing switch, it is used
when the speed of elevator is over 2m/s in digital mode.

V. Notices:
1. Shaft self-learning in normal mode: let the lift go to the bottom level, make
the downward single-floor forced deceleration switch actuated, and then
trigger “teaching” on the hand-held manipulator; the elevator will run
upwards at inspection speed till the highest floor and then automatically
finished.
2.Please be sure the door machine works normally before shaft self-learning.
When render the procedure of shaft teach in operative in normal mode, door
shall be opened and closed once automatically. If door machine is abnormal,
the fault code 05 will be reported on main board.
3.If you change the system from inspection mode to normal mode, it will delay
10 seconds caused by software processing.
4.There are two parameters of half inspection speed and re-leveling speed in
32bit software in digital mode, the half inspection speed will be chosen when
the single-floor forced deceleration switch actuates, and the re-leveling speed
is the speed of re-leveling speed after the door open in advance with a door
open in advance unit.
5.If there is no rear door, please be sure to set TX11 (rear door open completely),
TX12 (rear door close completely), TX13 (rear door safety edge) to NC.
6.When calculating the real floor vector, please set all floors above the highest
floor to “1”.
7.Auto-tune of motor: please shut off the main power of cabinet, hang up the car,
take steel ropes away from sheave, connect JP9.1 and JP9.5 on the main board,
and turn off the main board power switch, and then turn on the power, (brake
contactor and in-line and out-line contactor will be forced to connect) follow
the inverter handbook to run auto-tune procedure. After it is over, please
remove the short circuit between JP9.1 and JP9.5 to ensure the original wiring.
